That perspective shapes a boutique Caribbean agency focused on new developments, branded residences and distinctive homes across the region and Florida.

Meet the Founder
One office. One principle. No signage.
Houzez was founded in 1998 above a florist on South Beverly Drive by a broker who had grown tired of watching great houses treated as inventory. There was no marketing budget and no storefront — only a telephone, a leather ledger, and a rule that a residence would never be shown to anyone who could not properly own it.
That rule has not changed. Today the practice occupies a private floor on Wilshire with no name on the door, and the ledger — now digital, still closed — holds relationships spanning three generations of the same families.
