Okan Tower is a high-end project created by the prominent Turkish developer, Okan Group. Behar Font & Partners designed the 70-story mixed-use project. The Okan Tower will showcase a distinctive curve designed to mimic the outline of a blooming tulip, which is Turkey’s national flower. Okan Tower, situated in Downtown Miami, will have a 294-key hotel managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, 236 condo-hotel units, 64,000 square feet of high-quality office space, and 163 condo residences along with four penthouses, offering refinement and convenience.
The Okan Tower condo-hotel units, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, will be delivered fully furnished and vary in size from 447 to 1,245 square feet. The condo-residences will consist of one to three-bedroom units with a den, ranging from 698 to over 2,071 square feet, and include four duplex-style penthouses ranging from 1,873 to over 2,142 square feet. Okan Tower will offer top-tier amenities such as a sky pool on the 70th floor, outdoor lounge, Hammam spa, advanced health and fitness center, chef and gastro kitchen, kids’ playroom, movie theater, wine cellar, cigar room, rooftop restaurant on the 67th floor, and high-speed elevators with distinct access for different mixed-use components.
Okan Tower will be situated in Downtown Miami at 555 North Miami Avenue. Okan Tower will provide residents and guests easy access to shopping, entertainment, cultural events, and transportation with Miami Worldcenter, MiamiCentral train station, Perez Art Museum, Frost Museum of Science, and the Adrianne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts all nearby. The pricing for the condo-hotel residences starts at $387,000s and for the sky residences starts at $522,000s. The construction of Okan Tower is scheduled to commence in 2022 and is projected to be finished by 2026.
