The Standard Residences

The Standard Residences, a joint venture between Standard International and Rosso Development, will provide 228 exquisitely furnished units, spanning studios to two-bedroom layouts. Open layouts with 9-foot ceilings will characterize every home that Urban Robot Associates has designed. The Standard Residences Midtown Miami also have in-unit laundry facilities, premium wood-inspired flooring, bespoke bathrooms with double vanities and dual showerheads, and 10 ft. floor-to-ceiling glass windows in every unit. The kitchens are equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Private outdoor patios will be standard in several of the units.

A 12-story retail area, a rooftop restaurant and bar, a 60-foot pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and an indoor pickleball court are just some of the amenities that The Standard Residences Midtown—a project by Arquitectonica—will offer. The lobby is large and features a lounge and cafe. A karaoke bar, a pet spa, a party room, and yoga and stretch studios round out the list of additional amenities.

Just a short distance from the Miami Design District’s upscale boutiques and restaurants is the Midtown district, where The Standard Residences will be situated at 3100 NE 1st Avenue.
