[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The West Eleventh Residences is a high-end tower that is currently being built and will be the third tower in the E11EVEN brand. West Eleventh Residences, a collaboration between Property Markets Group (PMG) and E11EVEN Partners, would include a comprehensive centralized management system that includes the exclusive ability to offer daily short-term rentals.

West Eleventh Residences will offer 659 fully furnished and completed living spaces, carefully designed by the acclaimed interior design firm Avroko Hospitality Group. Each residence will be equipped with a high-end Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance package, featuring a built-in microwave, dishwasher, convection oven, and refrigerator. The living spaces will also include a modern lighting package with recessed lighting, dimmers, and lighting control, as well as an LED or water-based fireplace in the living room. Additionally, residents will have access to a top-of-the-line washer and dryer, and will receive a signature Home Essentials Package, which includes silverware, glassware, linens, sheets, and towels.

West Eleventh Residences, designed by the renowned architecture firm Sieger Suarez Architects, will be a 44-story building with luxurious amenities reminiscent of Las Vegas. These amenities include an exclusive rooftop club called E11EVENTH, featuring a unique poolside venue and exceptional dining experience. Additionally, there will be an expansive 8,000-square-foot Sports Lounge with a 40-foot-wide LED video wall and multiple large displays, as well as a dining program curated by an executive chef and an extensive selection of over 20 craft beers. On the 11th floor, residents can enjoy the West Eleventh Day Club & Pool, spanning 20,000 square feet and offering fully furnished cabanas with flatscreen TVs and temperature-controlled plunge pools. This floor also includes a 2,000-square-foot swimming pool and a comfortable living room lounge with a complete music studio. Furthermore, the building will house the Chopra Spa & Studio, which features a state-of-the-art fitness center, a meditation room, a yoga studio, and rejuvenating spa treatments. In addition, West Eleventh will provide transportation to and from the E11EVEN Beach Club situated on the beach in South Beach’s South of Fifth district.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
