The homes that Zyscovich Architects has built will use Diesel Living brand products and design elements from Seletti and Lodes. There will be plenty of room to move around in the living quarters, thanks to open floor designs and large patios. The penthouse apartments will have rooftop swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, and marble baths. Some of the units will even have jacuzzis.
A ground-floor atrium with 24,000 square feet of retail space, a lobby tailored by Diesel Living, a rooftop pool and sundeck, a fitness/wellness center, and a sensory room equipped with interactive relaxation features are just a few of the fantastic amenities that will be a part of Diesel Wynwood, an 8-story building. Guests also have access to a lounge, a wine cellar/library, private storage for bicycles, electric charging stations, a place to store their own lock boxes, and a shared office space.
