Brickell Flatiron is a high-end residential building in Brickell Miami that stands 64 floors tall, providing stunning views of the city and lagoon. The skyscraper, standing at 736 feet tall, contains 527 condominium residences. Brickell Flatiron offers non-penthouse residences with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 737 to 2,025 interior square feet, and penthouse residences with two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,350 to 6,487 interior square feet. The penthouses at Brickell Flatiron have lofty ceilings reaching 22 feet and floor-to-ceiling windows. Brickell Flatiron was created by a prominent development team consisting of CMC Group (Ugo Colombo) and Capital Group. The design was done by the renowned architecture company Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors by Italian designer Massimo Iosa Ghini.
