Nomad Wynwood, a project built collaboratively by the Related Group, Tricap, and Sydell Group, will include 329 completely furnished units, available in studio to two-bedroom floor designs. The NoMad Residences will be designed by Arquitectonica, while the interior of the residences will be created by DesignAgency. NoMad Wynwood will feature items and design aspects that embody the authentic NoMad idea and design. The living spaces will have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, private balconies in all units, enormous walk-in closets, 9+ft ceilings, a modern kitchen with Bosch Appliances, and imported Italian styled cabinetry. The units will have open layouts, stone worktops, brass fixtures in bathrooms, and spa showers.
NoMad Wynwood will be a 9-story building with many amenities such as a rooftop NoMad Restaurant and Bar, full-service rooftop pool, sundeck, cabanas, 24-hour concierge, 2 lobbies, 24/7 valet parking, fitness and wellness center, and grilling space. NoMad’s building features will include a large library, co-working area, bicycle storage, in-residence dining, smart climate control, private storage, and a pet-friendly environment.
NoMad Wynwood is situated at 2700 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood district, just a few blocks away from the Wynwood Art District. NoMad is located 12 minutes by vehicle from Downtown Miami, 15 minutes from Brickell, 18 minutes from South Beach, and 14 minutes from the Miami International Airport.
