One Thousand Museum is a high-end residential building situated at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Park West area. One Thousand Museum was finished in the third quarter of 2019. It consists of 84 high-quality residences spread across 62 stories, including 4 duplex townhouses, 70 half-floor units, and 10 full-floor penthouses. The half-floor houses at 1000 Museum vary in size from 4,599 to 4,822 interior square feet plus terraces. The townhouse residences range from 8,060 to 8,102 interior square feet plus terraces. The full-floor residences at One Thousand Museum have 9,910 interior square feet plus terraces. The architectural design of One Thousand Museum was created by Zaha Hadid, a recipient of the Pritzker Award, while the development was led by Louis Birdman, Gregg Covin, Kevin Venger, and Regalia Group. One Thousand Museum was featured on a PBS show titled “Impossible Builds – The Scorpion Tower” and was said to as “one of the most intricate skyscrapers to be successfully constructed.” The construction cost amounted to $280 million. In 2020, David and Victoria Beckham, celebrities, bought a full-floor apartment at One Thousand Museum for $20 million.
