The condos at Shoma Bay Condos, situated at 1850 John F Kennedy Cswy, will provide fully finished interiors with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The Shoma Bay Condos will provide vistas of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay.
Residents at Shoma Bay will have access to various amenities such as a lounge, bar, spa, gym, pool deck, library, and kids’ club. The structure near Shoma Bay will feature a 2,600-square-foot co-working area and electric vehicle charging stations.
