UNA Residences is a high-end condominium project that is currently being built in the South Brickell area, namely near the intersection of 25th Street and Brickell Avenue. UNA Residences will be constructed with 47 stories and will consist of a total of 135 high-end flats, which will be available in two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom configurations. The architect responsible for the project is the renowned firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (AS+GG), while the landscape architect is Enzo Enea. AS+GG is responsible for designing the interiors and common area spaces for Una Residences.
Una Residences offers a range of amenities including a private marina, a pool overlooking the bay, an outdoor lap pool, a Jacuzzi, a family pool, a movie theater, a modern fitness facility, a spa with steam and sauna facilities, a party room, a catering kitchen, and additional features. Una will feature a total of three subterranean parking levels.
Every unit at UNA Brickell will have exclusive elevator access, a gourmet kitchen, luxurious master suites with individual walk-in closets and baths, spacious balconies, and energy-efficient floor-to-ceiling windows. The ceilings on floors 15, 16, 17, 18, and 37 of Una Brickell will measure 13 feet in height, while the ceilings on all other levels will measure 11 feet in height.
